CVS

"I've been a customer at this store for years, primarily for medication. The pharmacists and clerks are usually friendly. Today, I encountered an issue while purchasing medical supplies. A labeled item at $20.49 rang up as $36 at the self-checkout. Seeking assistance, the manager, who was unprofessional and disrespectful, handled the situation poorly. Despite showing him the correct label, he insisted on the higher price, claiming it was misplaced. Eventually, he suggested a similar $20 item, but his attitude was unpleasant. Disappointed, we canceled the item, went to another CVS, and found it for $20, saving money with a coupon. Unless there's a change in management, we won't return to that store. "Myself and another customer were trying to print photos for like 10 minutes, while a cashier watched and didn't say anything. After trying and giving up we asked the cashier for help and he said "oh yeah, those machines don't work". Couldn't you mention that when you saw us sitting there for the last 10 minutes straight?"

"Kurt was the cashier who waited on me today. He was marvelous! I had questions and he was able to answer everything which i'm assure that you're automated, self check out machines won't be able to provide..."

"There is one pharmacist that is rude everytime I come. Yesterday she asked me to ring up my items at the front so she could save time. When i responded "sure I'll do what is more convenient for you" she caught an attitude and told me not to get upset. I wasn't, just stating the obvious. I stood in line like everyone else, why would I pay for a prescription and then check out the other 4 items up front. Terrible experience as usual. This used to be a great pharmacy but now I will use some where else."

"I have used CVS for over 20 years in Georgia and North Carolina and always had excellent service. Unfortunately not so at this CVS. I'm visiting family and was too early to renew a prescription at my local CVS. On Friday morning I transferred my prescription here. Saturday I returned to be told they wouldn't have the medication until Monday. I called on Monday and they said it would be Tuesday. I explained I was out of medication and was told it would be there Monday. Then I was told the delivery truck had arrived but it would still be Tuesday. I said I would go to another CVS and suddenly my prescription would be ready in an hour. Two hours later I arrived to be told, once again, it would be Tuesday. I politely, but firmly, said "I was told one hour". There was some discussion between employees and someone pulled out a carton and there was my medication. Ten minutes later I had my prescription. All that nonsense because they didn't want to look in a box that had been delivered this morning. Sure am glad I don't ever have to deal with these people again."
