"Very convenient location. BUT the store don’t have merchandise.employees are really rude. I was in line paying and I notice the balloon wall was empty so O ask the cashier. Oh you guys are not selling balloons anymore? She replied very nasty, did u read the sign on the door? I said no. She reply you should read the sign on the door. I just said I hope you are not the manager. She again said you should read the sign. And I said and if I am a customer who is asking a question you should be able to tell me. You are a terrible wormier and have 0 customer service skills. I rather drive to Rosehill and this point than going into this store. I hope they close this store down"

"This Dollar Tree is very convenient to where I live, but it's way worse than the Rose Hill Dollar Tree. The hours are never correct. Sometimes they close early and or close in the middle of the day. And the cashiers are often having personal conversations on their phones while they're checking people out, not paying attention to customers, and even cursing very loudly while on the phone. They really need a manager to get this store to even a 3 star, but if you can try to go to the Rose Hill location, that manager and staff are always very nice, keep the place clean, and seem to understand the basics of customer service."

"It's Friday morning 7/14 and the store is still closed. Time open was suppose to be 9:am, it is now 9:15 and I decided to leave because I've been waiting since 8:55."

"So I don't expect service at a Dollar Tree but I have to tell you what happened. I just cashed out and the young clerk, Immanuel, shorted me change. I looked at my change and then she goes oh yeah we don't have a lot of change to give exact change is there a problem? I said yes, you're charging me more than I'm supposed to pay. Fine she says and then she goes to the office with an attitude and gets change for me. Then after giving me the change she is snarky. She says have a nice day don't let the door hit you on the way out. Amazingly bad experience. She needs to be fired for the horrific customer service."
