"I was assigned this person as a PCP through my insurance company. When I called to setup an appointment I had to leave a message. The next day I was called back and told that since I take opioid medication for chronic pain I would not be allowed to be his patient. This Dr. Also doesn't take people that have Medicaid . I told them I had Medicare Humana , but refused to be seen because I take opioid medication for my chronic pain. This Dr. to me is unprofessional and discriminatory for people who have either Medicaid or take opioid medication for treatment of other health reasons. I have filed a grievance with Humana insurance company about this matter."
