"My Doctor and the entire team at VOA were awesome. The care I received during my treatments and at every visit made me feel confident in the treatment plan and the staff."
"From signing in until being scheduled for my next appointment, everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. There was no long wait between placed in the room and the arrival of the physician. Would recommend the practice to anyone who needs and oncology practice."
"Thank God I was introduced to Dr. TIAN and her team."
"I've called multiple times today to contact PA Kelly but the operator Scott has no way of contacting her and hes not gonna try he can't think of a way he doesn't care but I have an a message to contact PA Kelly as soon as possible and I'm supposed to not get excited Scott does not belong in that position hes APO S"
"Poor monitoring of cancer markers. During the past year no consistency of treatment for horrible side effects, stomach cramps, aches, changes if appetite, moods, and taste buds. They do not coordinate care with other specialists. After my mastectomy in Florida I was explained what to expect: a scan to confirm results once a year for 3 years, follow up for ovarian symptoms, and referrals to other specialists. I was 2mm from metastesis. "The oncologists will take care if you like a primary care." After all this ineptitude started the NP for Dr. K told me in June that the orders for blood tests are in my record. "Dont worry make the appointment and we will be ready." On September 11 I went to my appointment and left shaking and crying. I was asked to get a new appointment for October, no blood test, no real explanation, even though the onco marker test was due in July. This is the second negative review we write for this practice. Including a letter I faxed 2 months ago with my concerns. They deleted the previous negative review. GET A GOOD responsible competent DOCTOR THAT CARES AND IS WILLING TO GET INVOLVED. Cancer can take your life. This was not a good medical team for me. Do not wait one year like I did."
