"Took my kids out of school to go to their appt only to be told once I got there that they couldn't be seen until my balance was paid (Why did you wait until I got to the office to tell me that? And I've never seen a bill or gotten a phone call) So I paid it. THEN I realized I had ALREADY PAID THAT BILL months ago! I showed proof to the front desk clerk who had to call Billing who supposedly "reversed" the charge BUT it went through and no credit has been processed as of today....so now I have to deal with getting a refund... who knows how long that could take. Just pay attention and keep track of when you pay stuff there! And I guess when we make an appt we should ask if we have an outstanding amount??? Never had that happen before."

"Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The tech forced my daughters mouth shut and jammed the bite wings until my daughter was bleeding and having a panic attack. ZERO compassion or understanding from the tech, hygienist or dentist. I called a different practice who saw us the next day and worked with us to alleviate my daughters fear. I would never ever take a child to this practice again. In my 41 years I’ve never had a experience like this at a doctors or dentist office for me or my three kids."

"The young man Hamid Jones was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me and my children feel really comfortable. He was personable and explanatory. Dr. Bullock was the same. They were both amazing!"

"I was told that my 4 year old had a cavity, went to get the cavity filled less than a month later he has an abscess where the cavity was. The Drs are trying to explain how it happened and that it "happens" but I feel as though they are the reason it "happened". His teeth were fine before getting the cavity filled and now he has to get the tooth pulled. Why save a tooth that's going to eventually fall out anyway and cause more pain and more work to be done? I'm almost scared to take him back to get the abscess taken care of. My child is absolutely terrified of the dentist."
