"My kids 1st time at this dentist office and they were absolutely amazing! It was such a friendly environment even my 3 yo loved it. He immediately hugged Shawitia and felt so comfortable. I would recommend for all kids on the 0eninsula side they rock here!!!"

"I have been bringing my oldest since 2 years old she’s now 13 I have looked passed all the negative qualities about them. However I am very dissatisfied with their service now that I have brought my 4 year old. Cancelled my appointment when I called in to confirm and when I received a cancellation notice I called and asked why they stated I didn’t confirm the appointment by text, now I work in government office where phones are not allowed! That’s why I called 2 days in advance to confirm and spoke with someone over the phone! Not to mention will schedule you for a 3:00 appointment but will not be seen until 4:00 but will cancel your appointment if late please make it make sense! Currently looking else where!"

"I love this dentist office for my children. They are always patient and provide helpful tips on brushing and oral hygiene. They do referrals for children to have dental surgery and orthodontics. The dentist providers are always nice and helpful and never rude with explaining better brushing and oral hygiene. The front staff and dental assistants are always nice and my children enjoy speaking to them and making them laugh. Recommend any with children to go here."

"My experience at Coliseum Pediatric Dentistry was so amazing. Mr. B and Dr. Kaur were so amazing to my son when he came in for his appointment from start to finish. He is normally afraid of going to the dentist, but they both were so comforting and kind to him. It was the best dental appointment he has ever had. I’m so happy and grateful that this practice has provided my family with such great and genuine care and customer service. I would recommend Coliseum Pediatric Dentistry to everyone in the Hampton area. They are so awesome!"

"I think I can count on 1/2 a hand how many times I've bothered with writing a review but I don't know what has happened with in this practice. I have been taking my children to see Dr. Bobby for almost 20 YEARS with not even one bad experience or complaint. He is no longer there (with no explanation) and our last couple visits have not been pleasant to put it kindly. There appears to be an entirely new staff with zero professionalism from the way they speak to inappropriate clothing. Are hoodies and jeans replacing scrubs? Is ONE Clorox wipe sufficient for wiping down the chair, counter, equipment cords AND light handles? The office staff is very underwhelming in addition to the clearly inexperienced dental hygienist. I literally watched basically pretend to floss my daughter's teeth and when I mentioned this to him said her teeth were tight. His polish job was rushed as well. Thank goodness I take good care of her teeth regardless of dental visits. He was friendly and polite but lacked experience in my opinion. Most every single dental hygienist I've seen appears to be FRESH out of school and should be shadowing or at least watched. This probably sounds like a harsh review but I don't think I've ever experienced such a 360 in service, ever. I sure hope they get it together but sadly after nearly 20 years, I will be looking for a new pediatric dentist."
