Paul Denis Leger, MD

Paul Denis Leger, MD, MPH is a medical oncologist at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital located at 3800 Reservoir Road Northwest in Washington, D.C. Dr. Leger specializes in treating cancers of the kidney, bladder, testicles, prostate, as well as gynecologic oncology patients with cervical, ovarian, vulvar, and uterine cancers. His research focuses on innovative treatments for prostate cancer, including metastatic prostate cancer, health disparities in prostate cancer, genomics, disease progression, and long-term side effects of hormone therapy. Dr. Leger received his medical degree from the State University of Haiti School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the National Institutes of Health.
