"We love coming to this dog park. It's HUGE, with plenty of space for the dogs to run, and there are a couple of benches and a picnic table for the humans too. Bonus: The space includes a semi wooded area, so there are trees and shade. Drawbacks: You have to bring your own water and poop bags. Sometimes bags are provided, but you can't count on them being restocked so it's best to bring your own. ***Here is the part where I encourage all the humans to PLEASE pick up after your dog. Even if you forgot bags, you can always ask somebody and they will be happy to spot you a bag!***"

"My dog had a good time there. There were obstacles and fun things for her to do. The park is large and roomy. The major downside is most of the park ground is grit. While it doesn't make mud, it's a bit harsh on my dog's paws. Grass would be preferable, but I understand the choice. There is grass on the far side of the park, but most of the park is not so lucky. A few more shade trees would also nice to have, especially in the summer. My final critique is that there is no water available on premise. Though there are a few bowls."

"Huge, clean, fenced in park with benches, a picnic table and shade. Even a couple obstacles for the pups to play on. The large parking lot is an added bonus, since it’s on the Rec Center grounds. Follow the Dog Park sign to the brief little path through the woods to get to the dog park from the parking lot."

"The best dog park in the area! Very very big with a wooded area and a gigantic rock! My 4 month old puppy LOVED it! My puppy is very clumsy and rolls around on the ground when playing. The ground at the dog park is gravel type of sand. So the dogs stay clean and it’s easily wipeable! No muddy sand."

"This is a very large fenced in space with several welcome park benches and a section of grass near the shady mature treeline. The majority of the ground cover for the free run space is finely crushed gravel, while helps to drain the surface when it rains. There are a few climbing features for the dogs to investigate, a large flat rock, and a wooden bridge. Trash cans are provided both at the entrance to the park and on the far end."
