"I liked speaking with Dr. Mallidi. I found her to be very personable as well as knowledgeable. We are still working on my tests. What I did NOT care for was that I had an appointment to see her and it took nearly 1 and 1/2 hours before she entered the exam room. No apology for the wait. No staff member came in to check on me or at least update me stating the doctor was behind, which would have made me feel a bit better as I understand, things do happen. But what was I supposed to do? Leave? Never the less, I do like her and hope I have good news in the near future."
