"We waited an hour and a half past our appointment time only to be told they would not fill the teeth because the root canal had not been done yet. They claim they called the day before but there are no messages or missed calls. Shameful waste of people’s time. Took my daughter out of classes she could not afford to miss to waste time in their lobby. Shameful!"

"This has cancelled 10 appointments in a row for my daughter. She has had teeth rot out due to not being able to see anyone. Currently she has a cavity that I fear may have spread to one of her permanent teeth. They normally wait until the day of or just before unless you are scheduled early morning then you are told in the waiting room. When you reschedule the appointment it is months out and just ends up being cancelled again. Judging from all the one star reviews it seems this is a significant issue for them."

"This place is horrible. It’s sad, because lots of people in Roanoke Va depend on this place. American Dental Association needs to investigate the workers here, very unprofessional. They talk to you any type of way, no respect. One of the assistants asked a patient if they ever brushed their teeth. Stating your teeth is very yellow, and she did not whisper, she wanted to embarrass that patient, and she did, he was very embarrassed, and she made him reschedule. I was sitting in the room across from this patient, what a disgrace. The receptionists are awful. You can clearly see they do not want to be there, they don’t hide it. I’m done, I found a great dentist near Cave spring for me and my son. I’ll pay out of pocket before I walk in this place again. Close it down. It’s not fit to be open. They use to be called Cool smiles, but I guess due to the many pending lawsuits, they changed their name. I first heard they were taking adults with Medicaid, I was so happy, but I’ll pay out of pocket and go see a REAL PROFESSIONAL DENTIST. Already scheduled my appointment for next week with a reputable dentist here in Roanoke county. I pray for the customers who have to stay, this place is sad. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because it wouldn’t let me post my comment until I did."

"I’ve been on the wait list for 2 months, went in last week for them to tell me I missed my appointment turned out they changed it and didn’t tell me. I came out today waited 2 and 1/2 hours to be seen for the lady to tell me I needed to just “brush my teeth better”. Cancel your appointment it’s not worth your time."
