"Waited almost an hour for a consult appointment. When we finally got to the back, most of the staff were sitting around joking and laughing. I learned so much about the front desk staff’s personal life because that was their only focus. The level of professionalism and customer service is awful. The facility itself is clean and seems to have updated technology, but they definitely need additional training for staff. Instead of talking about what guy they will be seeing that night, they could inform patients as to why they are “running behind” and the expected wait time. Also, ensure you check the date on anything they ask for you to use for hygiene. They actually want someone to gargle with a mouthwash that expired 12/2020! Yikes!"

"Fantastic experience! Got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed today and was so nervous about getting IV Sedation. From the moment I got there the nurses were really sweet and informative and talked me through each step. The procedure for me was over in 5 seconds because of the sedation but in reality I was out of there in 2 hours. Highly recommend!"
