"This little half court has been a perfect spot for decade's, for kid's, teen's or whomever, that want to just shoot some hoops. It isn't meant to play a competitive game. They have recently added the play equipment for the children. Quick place to stop with your small kid, when you are taking a stroll, verses going to a larger park with a larger crowd."

"Miniature neighborhood park, emphasis on the miniature, with a half basketball court, picnic table, and includes playground equipment for small children. There is a multi-level water fountain, with a faucet a couple of inches off the ground for pets. Great asset for any park, too bad that it's not functioning. Small trees provide some shade for the playground and picnic table. Lynchburg needs more of these small neighborhood parks, prevents parents from driving miles for access to a larger park. The park is properly maintained by city employees. Open from dawn to dusk. The park is completely fenced in, you'll feel safe bringing your little ones to this park. If they finally repair the water fountain (it's been broken for months), I will change the rating to five stars."

"Very simple little playground. Well maintained. There's a water fountain but on this date it is not functioning, and a little half basketball court. The playground is full sun. There are two trees to sit under for shade."

"It is a great small park to walk to and have a playdate. I hope they continue to update like the new fencing, water fountain, and mulch. Maybe they will add a mural to the wall behind the basketball court."

"Great place to take a kid. Nobody was there which was great. And my kid had a great time. Very well kept. Not to small not to big. They even have a basketball court."
