"Love this place! They always have what I am looking for. The line to check out can get long, but the staff is always attentive and solves any problem that might come up. This is the only place I get gas. That line definitely can get long if you come at the wrong line. Nobody gets gas on the right side pumps though so that's a nice life hack as long as you can park close enough."

"Was scolded by an elderly employee for walking in the exit. She asked to see my membership card as if I wasn’t a member. I told her I hadn’t been asked before and she said “if you walked in the entrance they ask all the time”. I witnessed others walking into the exit as well and I’m sure she didn’t say the same to them. Ended up walking out of the store. I didn’t feel that me walking through a different way warranted her reaction."

"Went in the front door walk to what I thought was a customer service register right straight ahead after you enter and was told that I couldn't pay my Sam's bill that I had to go to the other registers. I am 78 years old and walk with a cane and have had lung cancer and part of my lungs removed so walking is not my best ability. I now have two choices walk to the far end of the store to pay my bill or just don't shop at Sam's."

"I ordered fresh flowers in the bulk for my wedding. There was a little mix up in the order but I was able to get a hold of floral team member named Evaline. She was on top of everything and so helpful with my order! She was very quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. The flowers arrived a few days before the event. The boxes come with directions and care for the flowers. We took them all out and trimmed them, let them hydrate, and then the very next day they all were open and just stunning! I recommend getting your flowers in 2 days before an event, that way they have time to hydrate and bloom. I ordered about 80 garden roses, a whole bunch of greenery, and a gorgeous greenery garland. So impressed with the condition and beauty of these flowers. We spent way less in comparison to a florist. I highly recommend this place!"
