"Love it, charmingly dated. "Wouldn't have it a any other way". Staff was knowledgeable upbeat and with plenty of whit. Acted like he enjoyed his job. Kids loved it, so did we."
"What an awesome place off the side of the road. I didn't think the prices were bad and they have a decent size shop that you can grab souvenirs. The staff was very nice and very funny and thorough going through the caves."
"Who knew that entering a natural cavern could drop temperatures from nearly 100 degrees outside to about 50 degrees inside. Great way to cool off with an outdoor activity during the summer. Has a bit of climbing up and down stairs but didn’t seem to bother kids or people with slight mobility issues. Definitely a must do."
"Please stop by this local legendary gem. It's old school tourism at It's very best with a campground and gift shop and antiques shop, too! But the Cavern is where the magic happens. It takes about 90 minutes to see all the formations. There are hundreds of steps, so wear sneakers or hiking boots. It can feel chilly, but you warm up fast with the exertion. The guides are smart & funny as every area has a clever name, story and lesson about nature. Sadly, there has been abuse of the cavern, but mother nature slowly recovers. We did not supervise our grandchildren well as they stayed up front near the guide and apparently blocked the views of other children at times. So, please keep your kids close, as we feel awful about it. It can be a strenuous hike and slippery at times if you're not in good shape. I stopped taking pictures..just enjoy it."
"This was my first ever cave, and overall, it was an awesome experience! The prices for a ticket were worth every cent, and the tour wasn't too short or too long. The staff were very nice and entertaining, and the caves were super cool! Just hold on to the railings, it gets slippery the further in you go. I highly recommend you go here for your first cave! Shout out to our tour guide, Jacob!"
