"It has been more than 3 months since I left Dr. Boccia's practice for my new Heme/Onc physician and all I can say is that I should not only have left long ago but that I should NEVER have been a patient of Dr. Boccia to begin with. A physician, such as Dr. Boccia, that sent me home from the ER with a platelet count of 12 and a prescription for Dexamethasone is not fit to manage my care. Over three months with my new physician and staff yet not one miscommunication, not one misunderstanding, not one failure in the management of my care. I received a call this evening from my physician's office at Medstar Georgetown and received the usual pleasant, professional, and efficient service as from day one. A complete and total sharp contrast to the care and service I received at Dr. Boccia's office. If you are not among the entitled elite do not go to the Dr. Boccia's John Hopkins office. You will not be welcome."
