"Found this business thru TikTok and decided to do it since I was lucky there was an office close to me. I was diagnosed with Long Covid in Feb of 2023 and have ongoing, endless health issues so when I saw how extensive this procedure was, I wanted to get it. I have had a few MRIs before but obviously in hospital/radiology office settings. This was almost like visiting a spa. They greeted me by name with a smile even tho I was a few minutes late. They do late appointments, my appointment was at 545 for example so I hit traffic. But they were so so friendly. And maybe it was because I was like their last appointment, but they got me back super quick. My partner came with me and they had an extremely comfortable lounge. The procedure takes a little over an hour, altogether, but he was comfy waiting. They had 3 different lounges and wifi. They also had them fully stocked with a ton of snacks, drinks, and coffee all for free. I was taken back to a private cozy room and given comfy soft scrubs to change into. The room was locked with a digital lock so my things were kept safe. The actual MRI was very comfortable, well as comfortable as it can be. They fitted me with ear plugs, headphones and I was even able to watch Netflix. They put on my requested show. As someone who is a little claustrophobic, all of this made the process go by very quickly. Everyone was very nice. My only thing is, I'm not sure how size inclusive the machines are. If you are plus sized, I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure you will be comfortable."

"Today I did a full body scan at Prenuvo . Given my family health history I need piece of mind and early detection. As a very claustrophobic person I was very nervous about laying in the tube for nearly an hour, but it turned out to be a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I was able to get caught up on my Netflix binge watching and take a cozy nap. Afterwards I had my pick of their many fancy snacks. Nothing about Prenuvo felt "clinical." We had a reserved parking spot. The lobby and changing rooms felt like luxurious lounges. And I was treated like a client who wants to take care of my well-being. Not shuffled along like cattle. This is how healthcare should feel. Empowering, and not terrifying."
