"I have worked with Mohamed and Jose for a few years now. I have never felt compelled to write a review of an insurance agent but the customer service I've received working with them has been so exceptional. They are far more communicative and respond faster than any other insurance companies I worked with previously. I would highly recommend."

"Not good. I input my information into their website application two different times, and the website gave me a couple of different quotes with a difference of about $25 dollars. After I purchased the policy for 6 months with the higher quote, I received an email asking for documents including home insurance (although I didn't specify I had any discounts). I called an agent and he said that it seemed there was something wrong with the website, and I would not qualify for having a home owner policy with Farmers. I'm not a home owner. He quoted an additional $72.36. Kind of expensive for not having a home policy with Farmers, but I agreed to pay it. I recently checked the statement and that $72.36 statement magically changed to $225.59. The statement and later the agent stated that there was another discount that was removed. That discount was labeled as home/auto discount. Note the original quote was $359.00. So basically they immediately jacked up the price from $359 to $584.59. There is something very concerning and troubling about the business practices of this business."

Mohamed (Farmers) is the first insurance agent that provided a personalized experience. He showed interest not only in providing appropriate coverage, but was extremely honest and made sure I was not undercovered or didn’t sign up for something I didn’t need. He is not like other insurance agents that will exploit you and add on trivial coverage for extra commission. He provided the exact same coverage I had with AllState, but for about $400 cheaper a year which is impressive. I highly recommend you speak to Mohamed if you want an honest and worthwhile agent."
