"IF YOU HAVE FAMILY HERE REMOVE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!! Since nothing is being done after numerous verbal incident reports I will report it here online for the entire world to see. There is suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation going on and this rehabilitation center needs to be looked into ASAP!!! REGIONAL MANAGERS, HEALTH INSPECTORS, ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES and ALL LOCAL NEWS TV STATIONS PLEASE READ COMMENT BELOW: these patients need help. First off there is a roach infestation from the time you enter the building to clock-in for work. They are crawling in the food storage area, hallways, patients rooms, kitchen area, dining area, in the dish water, near food by the freezers, near patients food, and they also have to be brushed off of employees faces and clothing. The sewage is backed up in the kitchen area and green, smelly liquid is coming up thru the drains. The managers aren’t using the food funds in the correct manner. The patients fruit cups, and protein drinks are bring taken home by the managers or just not being ordered for the patients at all. Food quality is a 0. Patients most of the time don’t have complete silverware to eat with and have to eat off of paper products. They normally eat with just spoons, no knives or fork. The kitchen is short staffed and over worked. The managers are not scheduling properly and most of the time never even show up themselves for work. There is supposed to be 4 employees each day in the kitchen but they only have 2 to run the line. Covid-19 guidelines are not being followed. Every week the patients and employees are sick and come back in a couple of days. This matter deserves Serious Attention. Mistreatment on seniors is a growing issue."

"I am conflicted about this review. The staff is pleasant and nice, but the room was filthy and never seemed to be cleaned. The heater in the room didn't work and just blew cold air, so mom had to leave her door open at all times to stay reasonably warm. There was a brown substance... ? poop on the wall behind the door when mom was admitted. Food was not good. The nursing and rehab care was pretty good, but the overall impression was certainly lacking. I kind of feel sorry for the nurses and PT folks cause I know they are trying."

"This was my first experience at this facility and I was impressed by the cleanliness and the fact that there was no smell of urine. That is until I got half way to my cousin’s room. The urine smell was definitely strong in that particular are. As I walked on the odor cleared up and things were pleasant again. My cousin’s family brought her a sub so when her lunch came I ate it. It was delicious!! The room was spacious and I liked that. Good vibes too as the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Absolutely love this facility! I have worked at 3 other facilities in the last 3 years and by far this one I call home. The nursing staff is so kind helpful and patient the overall management team works together and the happiness of residents is of the most importance. The activities department is the best I’ve ever see. So many fun and exciting things to do. They make me want to join in. 100% if I needed care ,this is the place I’d want to be. The facility is clean and smells present the floors sparkle and residents are always smiling. If your looking for a facility that cares you’ve found it here!"

"Love the front desk aka Linda. She is always greeted me with a smile and very helpful and can’t remember the other ladies name she works nights she is also very nice. But both are so sweet and very helpful. Today like to also give a big shout out to aid name Summer she is very nice there’s others but not good with names Mrs Sandra is always so sweet she’s very hard worker and does a great job keeping the place clean Also, love the activity’s they are so much fun they really know how to make it fun for everyone. All of them are very helpful to the ones that are not able to do them no one is left out which I really like that They have such great energy and all of the patients love them. They need more staff so the ones that have been there won’t get burned out. There are way to many patients and very little staff They can’t get the quality care they deserve. I try to help as much as I can without over stepping. But they need help and maybe a raise they work really hard"
