"Calls go unanswered- so if you miss an appointment due to illness you can’t reschedule. I’ve left multiple messages requesting an appointment and requesting medication refills so now I’m going through withdrawals and feeling very ill (I called in the refill request a week ago) left a message of course. However if you go into the office there’s lots of office staff milling around… no phones being answered. I can’t drive into the office because they decided refilling my medication wasn’t important."

"Horrible place. Never return calls or answer the phones. I was told I would receive my son's evaluation results after 45 days, and here it is, going on 60 days with no communication of any type. They also charged both my sons the same price; however, they only performed one test on the youngest son and five tests for the older son. You will get taken advantage of and not receive results in timely manner if at all."

"This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. If you have a child that needs medication, DO NOT GO HERE! They do not pick up the phone, return calls, or submit any paperwork when needed. Dr. Gunanzon is great but the office staff does not care about the wellbeing of the patients. I had to go sit in their office for a camp medication form to be filled out after no one retuning my calls for 2 weeks. Now, we have been waiting 10 days for a prior authorization form to be return to my sons pharmacy. Save yourself some time and stress and find a different doctor!"

"I got a referral from my insurance provider for this place over six weeks ago. In that time they have not picked up the phone once. Nor have they returned any of my messages to make an appointment. I feel I have been more than patient enough waiting on a call back but am disgusted that a place for mental health can have such a disregard for people."
