Reviews
"Easy to schedule appts, check in process convenient, multiple locations and a variety of counseling options available."
"Very disappointing. Trying to balance work and childcare for a 4 yr old. We had to cancel an appointment or two-during the few months going. Rather than just bill me (and move on), they opted to drop us entirely. They don’t care about you. Stay away."
"Nice office, everyone was friendly and it was just a great place. I am a new patient so I really didn’t know what to expect."
"To be a counseling office, they sure do not help people. They want to do the bare minimum and HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills whatsoever! The receptionist in the Chesapeake office and the billing dept has been difficult from the very beginning. They are unwilling to work with you, unwilling to call the insurance company because it's the "patient responsibility" but even after I verified my benefits through the insurance company, they were unwilling to call the insurance to verify on their end. They charged my card $225 the first time and wanted to charge my card $130 for our therapy visit but according to insurance, I only owed $25 per visit (no deductible applied). Then when I canceled the visit due to them wanting to charge me $130 on my card for the visit, they charged my bank card $75 for a cancellation fee."
