"I have gone to this place a handful of times. They're always great & have been super nice & professional. Usually I have Jasmine as my massage therapist, but during one of my recent visits she was not there. I had another person do my massage. I usually do a deep tissue with my boyfriend & our total comes out to about $80 for 2 30 minute sessions. This time our total came out to $140 with tip included. The massage therapist added an additional service that we did not request nor were we informed we were receiving. She said that she felt we were very tense & added a neck massage to our session. Again, I completely understand if she felt this was needed, but I did not request this service, nor did she ask before doing so. When she told us our total I was very confused as to why it had come to such a high amount. We paid the $140 & left. I absolutely love this place & have been coming here for almost a year, but I would appreciate being asked if I would like to pay for additional services."
