Pivot PT- Roanoke (Towers)

"If I could give negative stars I would. When I arrived at my first visit I asked what the the cost of their services would be, I was quoted a price and started going to the clinic regularly, as they suggested I do. I received my bill in the mail a few weeks ago and saw I owe almost 3 times what they quoted me. I thought this could be a mistake and contacted the billing department but they stated what their rate really was and said the bill was accurate. I informed them I had been told something completely different by their employee upon arriving, they informed me I could place a dispute. Two weeks past and when I didn't hear from them I reached back out, they said they hadn't contacted me but they had determined I would have to sort it out with the clinic itself. I reached out to the clinic and spoke to the clinic manager, she said she would reach back out to me and when she did she said I should have reached out to my insurance myself to verify the cost, I told her that if her employee had said that when I asked what the cost would be I would have but instead the employee lied to me. The clinic manager ended up giving my number to their regional manager and when she reached out to me she told me I had signed something electronically saying I would reach out to my insurance myself, I asked her of that was in the terms and conditions that nobody reads and pointed out the fact I wasn't told the responsibility was on me when I was in person, she confirmed it was there and suguessed I should read the fine print from now on. I told her they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of their patients and that if they were a reputable business they would want to fix a mistake their employee made. She told me she wasn't ashamed and said she was sorry I felt I had been lied to and mislead. They do not care about their patients here, they're not interested in making a wrong, right. Do not go here, they will scam you and will tell you it's your own fault."

"My experience with Pivot Towers has been an exceptional one. The staff is very friendly and meet my needs every time. Kylie specifically has been absolutely wonderful and so patient with me. When I leave the clinic, the exercises done with her make me feel better each time. She is so kind and gentle but firm in helping me and giving me care. I highly recommend anyone to this clinic for any care needed."

She made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and was overall great. The receptionist, Crystal, was great as well.
