"Front desk lady is very rude. My card was charged for canceling 7 hours before my appt due to an emergency I was still charged without notice more than my regular visit price. (I would have understood if it was the regular visit fee) Then was pretty much laughed at and told I signed an agreement (which I don't remember signing) that they can charge my card up to 100 dollars if they wanted to for a late cancel. I asked for a manger and she refused to put one on the line and said she doesn't have to put a manager on the line the minute i request. I will NEVER go back to this place!"
