"I visited my church friend on Saturday. She seemed happy and content. She was eating lunch in the dining room when I arrived. I sat with her until she was finished and then walked to her room with her. The staff seemed nice and friendly. Her room was set up nice. Her roommate was in the hospital, she had been there several days and I noticed her bed was unmade and opened food was left on her table. I thought that was strange since it had been several days and no one had cleaned up her area. My friend's area was nice and neat but I did notice the floor needed to be swept."
