"I found the vehicle I thought I wanted online and decided to go check it out. They booked me an appointment and let me test drive the vehicle. I really liked it and liked the deal I found, so instead of trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle, they got me set up with financing and took care of all the details pretty quickly for the exact vehicle I found online. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider them for my next vehicle, also."

"I could go on an a on about my horrible experience with this dealership. Originally purchased a charger from them and less than 30 days the car started "clunking" so I drove close to 60 miles back to them and to prove my concern I had the GM ride with me son"HE" could hear and feel it. We took the ride and he felt and heard it so great! A salesman took me around looking for a possible replacement and I couldn't believe what I saw...a complete graveyard of returned vehicles in which some were being patched up to sell and he even asked me if I wanted one of them and I immediately said "NO"! So after that horrible tour, the manager said :TO avoid any problems we would like to put you in a new Charger..a 2020 with approximately 7 miles on it. So I test drove it and everything seemed to be OK at that time. Fast foward over a year later, I've had to replace the radiator first than 30 days later the radiator fan. Constant surging, loss of power and there is a whistling sound everytime i accelerate (this is only a V6). I've taken it to numerous dealerships who refused to even acknowledge the problem. I even called Dulles and they brushed me off and told me that they were under new management and refused to allow me to speak to her and said each time that she was on vacation. This dealership and all the other just want your factory warranty to expire so you can pay out of pocket for repairs. At this point if I don't hear from the owner of Dulles after I write this review, it is time to consult an attorney. I literally have 30 miles before I reach the 30,000 miles coverage and I refuse to drive this vehicle until this is resolved."

Tom went out of his way to dig up old records from 5 years ago and helped me work through the whole situation.
