"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Horrible company. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. I was told one fee, never billed, then they just automatically debited money out of your account without every communicating. I was told that they 'normally' notify you but they admitted they never notified me about it and even admitted that the wrong information was given to me. But told me it was my problem. Not only did I have this issue, I they clinician we saw was supposed to get with someone and be back in touch with me (that was January and we are now in April) and there has been no communication. Not even a bill or correspondence notifying me there was an upcoming charge."

"They will negatively impact your mental health! Do not go here! This business is predatory and unethical. They signed me up with the belief that it was a 1-time membership payment versus monthly. The first payment email I received even says "One Time Membership Fee" The initial appointment was billed to my insurance for $395 and called a "psych diagnosis". That was not the service I requested. And they didn't perform a psych diagnosis - the counselor asked your standard background questions. After I realized I was being charged monthly on top of the session fees, which were $130 after insurance, I called on 4/13/22 to cancel my membership and told them to take my credit card information off file. I asked them if I owed them any more money - they said no. I was assured that my credit card information was taken off file. On 4/20/22 they charged my credit card $261! I spent over an hour on the phone with them, asking them to reverse the charge and let me set up a payment plan. They denied this over and over because quote on quote "you received a statement, therefore we can't set you up on a payment plan". This is so unethical! 1 week after calling and being told I owe nothing and then they charge me and are unwilling to do a payment plan because they sent a statement?! That doesn't even make sense - that is less than a week to pay $261! This company does not care about your mental health. In fact, their business practices are intentional set up to harm mental health, cause stress, and exploit people at their most vulnerable times. Please take caution. Do not go here."
