After fracturing my tibia in November 2023 I had originally started PT elsewhere, as there was little to no availability at Bodies in Motion at that time, the difference between the two locations though is like night and day. Bodies in Motion have been proactive with my insurance, are very understanding of complicated schedules, and Lauren is incredibly professional and kind."

"So. The company is solid. I’ve been treated there for 15 months for arthritis in my left leg. My physical therapist is Lindsey Swaim. She is excellent my knee extension increased from -16° to -4°, which made it symmetrical with my right leg. She is extremely knowledgeable and will help her clients reach final goal as she did for me. What I liked is that during our sessions she always let me know how I was doing. Whether it was a setback or an improvement. And she always adjusted the session for my condition. In other words if I was not doing as well she wouldn’t add progressive load. And when I got better and made improvements, she would help push me towards goal, which I would not have achieved without her. "Bodies in Motion Reston VA has the greatest suite of physical therapists I have ever worked with. I've been injured multiple times: - neck - shoulder 2x + post-surgery PT for my shoulder for a total of 3 sets of PT just for my shoulder - knee - back And I've seen the following PTs from this facility: - Lauren - Kimmy - Rebecca And EACH time I've worked with the PTs at this facility, they've always done a comprehensive analysis of the problem and provided me with a set of exercises that would fix or at the very least help mitigate the issue. I can't recommend this place enough!"

"Great physical therapist! My doctor Harrison, is very knowledgeable and attentive. I recently had knee replacement surgery and chose Bodies in Motion as the place to be. The studio is well equipped and the majority if not all of the therapists are doctors!! I'm very pleased with the pace of my recovery. I have comprehensive exercises that are improving my mobility and range of motion daily! PT hurts at times, the rapport with my therapist is paramount in getting me back on my feet and back to normal. I'm very happy here!"
