"I have known Fred Sabia for over 8 years in both a personal and professional capacity. I was referred to Fred for counseling by my pastor, since Fred's practice is inclined to be faith based. From the beginning of our counseling experience, Fred took a very engaging approach with me. Fred counseled me on setting difficult, but attainable objectives to aid in the improvement of my mental health. Together, we explored some very “dark” areas that needed to be addressed. I never felt alone in this process. Fred always made himself available for discussion if I stumbled between counseling sessions. Fred clinically counseled me for over 6 months and we continued our relationship as members of a non-denominational, faith-based men's group that met weekly for over 3 years. Fred was the founder, facilitator and leader of this group. During the entire time I have known Fred, I have found him to be extremely professional, having the highest degree of integrity and, most importantly, taking a compassionate approach to helping me as a patient and friend."
