"I went in to urgent care this morning due to extreme lower back pain, nausea, and a headache. When I arrived I was greeted by the front staff and once I began registering to be seen, the receptionist was very kind and attentive to my needs and got me through the registration process quickly. While I was in waiting room, I began to vomit and they got me back into a room within 10 minutes. Once in the room I was offered a ginger ale, water, pillows, and a blanket and while waiting for the doctor, I was checked on multiple times to make sure I didn't need anything. Once I got home and was finally able to keep food and liquids down, I am feeling much better! I appreciate and am very thankful for all the care I received today and would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing care. I wish I remembered the names of everyone I seen today so I could thank them!"
"I am so, so, so happy that I got so lucky as to have gone to this urgent care!! I really didn’t know where to go or even what to do about the issues I needed help with not to mention that I have bad anxiety, depression and acute agoraphobia! So this was something I put off and then when I finally went, I was sooo pleasantly surprised and happy that I just happened to have gone to the perfect place at the perfect time because each and every single person there was as kind and as helpful as can be!!! Everyone is going to have good and bad experiences no matter what, but, I can definitely say: despite it being full and busy, the front desk ladies were so kind and helpful, the wait was quick and so much better than how it seemed at first glance! It was an easy and fast process with the very nice staff up front. Then I was called to triage which was also just as easy and comfortable and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with the girl/lady/nurse(?) who made me feel heard and was very kind and helpful! I then waited no time at all to be brought back to the room where I put my prescription bottles on the counter and waited barely 5 mins for the provider to come in. Her name is Amber, brown hair and very pretty blue eyes! I sometimes feel scared that females are usually either very nice or very.. not nice! In my own experiences! This turned out to have been one of the most kind, thoughtful, empathetic, caring and most helpful doctors/providers I’ve maybe ever had!! Especially in a fast paced, busy, and, (I’m sure), a stressful shift at her workplace during a rush of patients after Christmas!! Honestly, I am hoping she will see this because I cannot say how much she helped me and just how much I appreciate her for how much she cared, listened, explained everything to me in such a kind and real way that I felt more than just another patient to her, I felt seen and heard and cared for! I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone and I hope she is commended for her ability to be such a great person in a position where many doctors, physicians, nurses, and all others, often can seem desensitized or almost robotic in their approach to fixing the problems but not really listening or caring to the patient as a human being! Bedside manner is (imo) almost as important as their abilities in medicine! So, again, thank you to Amber C for going above and beyond, for caring and helping me in my time of need and desperation for help! Another thank you to everyone else that works there too because every single one was so amazingly kind that I wish it could be my regular family doctor’s office! Everyone has different experiences but mine was perfect and id recommend them to everyone and anyone!!"
"My son came in due to being sick and is only 2 and they were super patient with him. He tested positive for strep and the flu so I went in to be tested. I had to go in after work and was greeted by two warm receptionist. After being checked in the medical assistant Allissa came out to get me and was very through with my questionnaire. Based off my symptoms she recommended the tests she felt were best and was super gentle when performing them. I work in medical so I’m exposed to a lot of patients and have had numerous CoVID, flu and strep tests and I always get anxiety but Allissa was super gentle and explained everything as she went along. The PA Maddie then came in and reviewed everything with me. What stood out to me was her bedside manner, a lot of offices especially urgent care the doctors make you feel rushed , with Maddie she took her time and that’s important to me! This will be the only urgent care I step foot into going forward. If I could give them 10 stars I would!"
"This is a perfect example why you don't give a basic monopoly to one company. Everything here is controlled by one company, and service quality declines as a result. They have no incentive to improve, because they have basically no competition. This location has been hit or miss. We have had rude receptionists and nice ones. However, this morning we had a rude experience. Nothing will change, because the monopoly is strong with extreme government influence. A little quality control on Sabrina would help."
"Everyone front desk, nurse and doctor were attentive and kind. The wait was what is expected for an urgent care about an hour from my appointment time, but there were no issues. It was a pleasant experience considering how horrible I felt."
