"Have no issues with this place since they finally listened to all the complaints on the last pharmacist that ran the place and gave her the boot this place is a great place to go! Clinch River Health Services on the other hand is a different story, if it wasn't for Dr.Cassell I would not go there at all! A lot people working there are related to each other and they seem to do anything they want during business hours and 1 front staff member told my confidential information all over town. And complaining about it does no good what so ever. I was told to speak to Danny Mann and he didn't do squat about it nor did he act as if he cared one bit. And I did keep our conversation via texts for future references on the matter. I think someone needs to come in and clean house, actually run it like a place of business and there wouldn't be a problem. But as of now it's a hang out, a daycare, some place to ride the clock while running the roads."

"Wonderful people and wonderful service. Just moved to Dungannon a year ago and had been going to Walmart but thought I would give them a try. Hours are not like big box stores but I can work around that to get that personal touch. So far they do not disappoint"

"RX's are never filled when you go to pick them up, even if you call ahead of time. The price is different depending on who is working. I got a RX filled there it was 15.00 that's when Robbie was working the very next month I sent for my refill, my husband goes to pick it up and it was 58 dollars and some change she said it was because it was from a different company that they ordered from, there's NO WAY it was a 43.00 difference. She never once offered to get a Prior authorization on it. I switched pharmacies to Broadwater Drug in Gate City and the very first time they filled my medication they sent for a PA and insurance approved it and now I have to pay ZERO DOLLARS for at least the 6months that the PA covers. Its terrible, slow service and I think everyone should complain to the owner."
