"Whatever you do, don’t go here. I scheduled an appointment to get my birth control implant removed. When I showed up for my appointment they refused to remove it and said I had to do a new patient appointment and come back another day for the removal or insurance wouldn’t cover it. I chose not to fight and just gave in since both appointments would be free anyway. But when I came back they said I had a $50 balance and would not remove the implant til I paid it. I had to pay it cause I needed the implant out. I later got ANOTHER bill for $75. I had to call and fight with the manager about it cause my insurance covered both appointments in full but they tacked on other charges that my insurance didn’t cover. Apparently the $75 charge was because the doctor recommended I start taking prenatal vitamins. After a lot of arguing I got them to drop the $75 but they refused to refund the previous $50 and never gave me an answer as to what the charge was for. In response to the office replying and saying I was never a patient there. I am not using my current legal name because I value privacy. I was most definitely a patient here but am no longer."
