"The 3 men that came to inspect our soon to be home with Brick Kicker Home Inspections were very kind and very well trained with their job. "The inspection on my home seemed great then the Seller hired them to do some of the repairs they suggested. That’s when everything went downhill. They were paid to remove debris, install a vapor barrier and spray for pests. First off the crawl space was ripped open and never closed back up at all! On further investigation they didn’t even remove the old (clear) plastic and the new vapor barrier is NOT secured in any way whatsoever making it completely ineffective. When the first repair man showed up I *specifically* drew attention to the vines growing out of multiple vents from under the house and stated that would need to be killed and removed. It remains completely untouched which means it’s going to continue destroying any plastic that’s installed. I also asked that they install new vents which I would pay for and was not done or even noted on the work order at all. The photos are literally what I can see from the crawl space opening, god only knows what they did or didn’t do under the rest of the home if they didn’t even pretend to do a good, complete job at the opening. I’ve tried contacting their office multiple times now and keep getting told that the work was completed. I’m extremely disappointed in the work that was done."
