I first reached out to Molly Maid after seeing their conspicuous cars around a few neighborhoods. I spoke with Diane who told me what all is included in each visit, and they do more than you might think. Every other week, I welcome Kim and others from Team 12 who vacuum, dust, wipe down baseboards, take out the trash, make the beds, in addition to making sure everything in the kitchen and bathroom are spotless. In anticipation of their very first visit, there were a few "easy to miss" spots that I was curious to check when I got home. They got every one! From then on, I was hooked. While I can't speak for everyone's unique situation, I will say that for me the price is reasonable and absolutely worth the service. Every time I come home after a cleaning, I am so grateful. Whether you have limited time or limited mobility, need someone to tackle a big project or a regular cleaning service, I recommend this Molly Maid location to you without reservation. Additionally, they have connections to other home service providers, which I utilized when it was time to replace my air conditioner. I felt confident to explore more services based on the trust that had been earned in my experience with Molly Maid."

"I started last December with team 10 but switched to team 8 after they covered for team 10 after two months. I was extremely pleased with the difference in service that I requested the change with the office. The staff was helpful and very professional. I have been remiss in providing a review however I will remedy this moving forward. Shea is the team 8 leader. She is outstanding and her team is awesome. They are professional and friendly. My bathrooms and kitchen are spotless after each visit. The entire house is dust free and sanitized. I recommend Molly Maid to my friends and associates. "I’ve been a customer for over a year now (maybe 2?) and I am very happy with Molly Maid. Dianna in the office is a rock star. She communicates very well and calls if there are any changes. If my usual team is out sick (rare), she gives me all the options: reschedule or get a different team for my regular scheduled day/time. I’ve used private people in the past, but I find the Molly Maid way is the best for me. My team 8 is amazing and have become a trusted group of ladies I really rely on. They remember all the places I like them to clean particularly well and other special requests I have. They do great with my all my pets too. My house is pristine and it’s money well spent.
