"My sister and I went in to order flowers for my dad and brothers mauslium. A few days later I called to see if my sister had picked them up. After the called ended they forgot to hang up the phone. I heard them complaining about how long it took us to pick out the flowers we wanted and about us being concerned about the fit. They stated they should have ran us off or put us in time out. We were only there for about 30 minutes. They were very rude and unhelpful. I would advise anyone to shop elsewhere since they obviously don't appreciate their customers."

"My aunt had flowers sent to my grandmother for her birthday yesterday(May 4th). The woman came to the house, said delivery for her name, then drove off without saying they needed water, asking if they were acceptable or anything. The flowers were already wilting(we only live around 10 minutes from this flower shop). As it turns out, the flowers had NO water in the vase and today, one day later most of them are dead."
