Flowers Galore

"I ordered flowers for my daughter through a third party online service. The order was sent to Flowers Galore. My order was delayed due to the flowers I ordered not being available. Substitutions were made which was fine, but my order arrived two days late and was nothing like what I ordered. I was very disappointed especially for the amount that was paid for the order. I have reached out to the third party as well. The orders and reviews appear to be good for the shop so I’m not sure if this is just because my order came through a third party vendor or not."
