"My quality of care with Dr Karen Olorunfemi has been some of the best I've ever received. I am a complex patient, and her attention to detail, kindness and knowledge has been nothing short of life changing. Any facility would be lucky to have such a phenomenal physician, and it speaks well of Lewis Gale for having selected her. My experiences with the nurses and the receptionists has also been positive."
"BEWARE!!! DANIEL MUIR IS HORRIBLE!! HE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR! The worst my mom and I have seen in a combined 110 years! Do not see him!"
"Nearly a complete waist of time. Was supposed to be a follow up for medical conditions and 3 referrals. No requests were ever sent: no medical records request, no sleep study, no surgical consult, no prescription refill…$1000 paid and still nothing to show in 2 visits and nearly 45 days. Absolutely no follow through on any level. Wish negative stars were an option. Update 12/29/22 reported as suggested via robo-response and had a good conversation with office manager. Hoped that it would be investigated and taken seriously…ghosted after initial conversation. It is blatantly clear that there is massive failure on all levels. All levels except billing that is. Still no maintenance medication as they remain incompetent enough to not even be able to manage getting a prescription to the pharmacy for me."
"Today I am in loss of words . I wasn’t going to go to my appointment because I haven’t been feeling great. I have been going through a very difficult time and losing hope. Today I went to my appointment and had have heart monitor put on. I think I meet the most awesome person. I’m not going to mention her name but this woman encouraged me and she prayed with me. I left there feeling like someone cared! You have no idea how much that meant to me! You went beyond your job. I hope people that you work for don’t take you for granted because people like you are what makes the world a better place. You shine the light in this dark place. Thank you so much and God bless you!!"
"I have witnessed front desk staff at this location being rude and disrespectful to patients on multiple occasions. I am a support professional for a patient with disabilities and I must come with her to her appointments. They have a "no visitors" policy and try to stop me from going back with my client each time she comes, even though I have explained the situation to them many times and I have an ID badge for the company I work for. Today while in the waiting room, an elderly man came in with his wife, and the young receptionist on the far left of the desk began very loudly telling him he couldn't be there because of the "no visitors " policy and asking if his wife had cognitive disabilities very loudly in front of everyone. The receptionist then told the man to put the chair he was sitting in "back" because he "couldn't move the furniture", and she said this several times very loudly. The man did not even move the chair, another patient had moved it who had arrived before he did. The receptionist kept telling the man to say what was wrong with his wife that caused her to need him to be in the office with her, and then man very calmly said to "drop it". Then the receptionist yelled across the waiting room that if he was "going to be like that to leave". After the man and his wife went back to see the doctor, the receptionists were talking about the wife's diagnoses on her chart loudly enough for me and my client's mother to hear. My client's mother spoke with the office manager about the situation, but they did not seem to think the receptionists did anything wrong. As a human services professional, I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism at a medical office. I am appalled that speaking badly about patients and talking about their personal information in front of other patients is seen as acceptable behavior at this office."
