"I called the doctor's office and explained I needed an ultrasound to rule out a possible life threatening issue where I could have dvts. The nurse responded by explaining I wasn't a patient since I haven't seen the doctor in 4 years and there is no ways to get into at least January. Being upset I feeling my life was in danger and just getting this information I responded Nevermind I'll Find Someone Else. She responded to let her finish and she's get the information and talk to the doctor and call me back. Waited waited waited a week later I called only to get we will not see you because of the way you treated my staff. I didn't call angry or insulted. I only got upset because of the way I was treated and how snooty the nurse was to me. I responded I have not needed to see the doctor because I am healthy with the exception of the herniated discs what are the possible May thurner syndrome showed up. She thought I was arguing with her over that comment. I said I was making a statement that I did not need to come to the doctor for 4 years not arguing. Neither my husband or I will be seeing her again apparently she does not care if people actually need her. If it wasn't something that I could die from I guess I wouldn't be so upset!"
