"Ladies, please read reviews before you schedule. 1 and 2 star reviews. It simply cannot get any worse than this and stay in business. The practice is as disorganized as their peculiar office design you notice upon entering Unfriendly, uncomfortable., and convoluted. Doctors don’t remain long. I am elderly and have found that most gynecologists will not see you if you have medicare So much for compassion and dedication to the different health issues women face in all facets and times of their lives. This practice is no different. I asked if they took medicare with supplemental insurance and was told that some df them do. I scheduled with one who did. At this point however, they may only have one doctor in practice I told them to send me the registration papers which they could not do. I had to enter their patient portal to enter the information. I tried but the forms were not created for a medicare patient which required answers that did not apply to me and the application would not alllw me to continue. I let the office know and was told I could come in 15 minutes before the appt and fill it out. I arrived and was given about a 6 page single spaced, small print set of papers with tiny spaces to answer the multitude of information required. I was then told that I would have to reschedule since the paperwork was not finished. I said no and left. Crude and rude. If only I had read the reviews and ratings beforehand I would never had scheduled with such a disreputable practice. The silver lining though,is that I left and most certainly missed a bullet. Thank you. PS I don’t believe the doctor would take medicare!"
