"Chris was very rude and apparently not very knowledgeable. State of Virginia allows for our granddaughter to use our car,and there is no 48 hour clause in our policy. Chris stated the exact opposite and was not nice at all. Chris emailed me doubling down on his apparent lack of knowledge in this case. I will no longer speak to our local office as they clearly do not abide by Virginia law and their own policy. So 30 some days after this,we received a card from him, once again misquoted Virginia law. We are now switching offices because of his rude behavior and the new office is very close to our home."
