"Got a bill from them with no clear instructions on how to actually pay it. Also got the 'Penguin Pediatric Compressor Nebulizer' and the instructions are virtually non-existent! Looked all over google for a video, and found nothing pertaining to how to use the *pediatric* mask. Writing my child's pediatric practice so they're aware of this experience in hopes they reconsider and go with a different supplier so another parent doesn't have to deal with this."

"This place sends out bills with an online payment link but doesn't provide the information required to use that payment site on the bill. Given that it was just providing fungible medical equipment that could be delivered by anyone, quality of service is all I can rate, and that is obviously pretty poor."
