"The employees and manager here are incredible people! When I walked in to the store today there was a lady there that looked like she had not had an easy life. She had a large bag of coins with her. She kept looking at shoes and putting them back on the shelf after finding out the prices. I kept hearing her thank the employees for their patience and for being so kind in their treatment towards her. I later found out that the employees and manager had been counting coins for her and helping her look for shoes for the past five hours. She wanted to buy one pair of shoes for her niece and one for her nephew (not even for herself). I decided to buy her the shoes, so the manager gave me her employee discount. I was so impressed with the employee's and the manager's kindness and patience with this customer (who was tearfully grateful). Famous Footwear treats people with the kindness and respect that they deserve and will therefore be my family's shoe store from now on."

"I walked in to purchase a pair of Doc Marten Boots. There was no one in the store. I noticed the associate was in one of the isles facing me, but never acknowledged me or said anything. I found what I wanted and went to the register and stood there for a couple of minutes, and finally had to go find her to check me out. My wife shops there quite a bit, but I don’t think she should anymore."

"OMG!!! I found the greatest deals! I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes & only spent $27!!! I'm always bargain shopping! Checking out the clearance section was def worth it! The employees were very kind and sweet;) greeted me when I walked in and offered to help and took care of me at the end!"

"It's a shoe store, but it does have a great selection of styles, colors etc, everything from slippers to boots and everything in between. I have shipped at various famous footwear locations and always find something that fits well. This time I was looking for something comfortable as I spend all day on my feet. Found a pair after trying on half the store, well that's what it felt like! The staff were very helpful and friendly and that's what you need. The place was nice and clean and shall keep shopping here."
