"I got some really soft and comfy pjs. They were well priced. We bought 2 additional sets as gifts."
"Kids clearance was still too high , not value for the money . Clearance in the bra and panty area was awful and needs attention."
"Horrible shopping experience, I called the store letting them know I left a bag behind the associate told me they have the bag and are holding it she asked for my name to tag it and told me that it would be at the register where we return items. When I arrived about 30 min after noticing I left a bag and called to notify them I was told they do not have the bag and the associate who helped me left for the day. I gave them a name and asked if they can reach the associate to find my items and was told that they cannot further assist me. $104 down! I spoke to the manager and he told me there was no way to contact the associate after they leave the building."
"I come here quite often to return Amazon purchases. I am sometimes tempted to shop because of the coupon they give you on your return receipt. Recently, they had a good deal on Dockers khaki pants, so I stopped to look. I was interested in two colors in particular. They had my size in one color, but not the other, so I passed on the deal. There was also no sales associate nearby to ask if they had any more stock in the back, which most stores normally don't these days. I failed to mention that the displays in the area were relatively organized well, and the pants were neatly stacked. A couple of days later, I happened to be back in the store, so I stopped and looked again, but this time, the pants section looked like a tornado had come through. It was a mess. I still looked, but no luck. About a week after that, I'm back in the store, and as I pass by the Dockers, everything is somehow even more of a mess than the prior week, so I don't even bother looking. A few days after that, I'm back again (I swear that I normally don't return that much stuff I buy on Amazon, but I was trying out different graphics cards in my PC) and the Dockers shelves, as well as others, are a complete, unshoppable mess. Kohl's appears to be severely understaffed compared to a Macy's or Dillard's. Perhaps the people at the top who call the shots need to re-think their strategy and hire more people and make sure they are paying them well and creating a workplace culture that inspires, motivates, and enables their associates to keep displays of merchandise organized and well-stocked."
"Visited this Kohl’s today. Was not a great experience because I had to wait in line at customer service. Two ladies were working the desk and a third just “looked busy”. After waiting about 7 minutes I was told Amazon returns are in the back of the store. Went and waited in line again. Overall, the retail chain has started losing a lot of business because they no longer offer styles suitable for the over 30 crowd. Just my two cents."
