One caveat, however - never take your leather goods here for cleaning. They shrunk a bespoke 17th c. leather garment I asked them to clean. Damage was irreparable. Regular modern clothes I trust them with, though."

Imagine paying for a service you didn't received. And oh yeah they lost one of the buttons off of the custom made vest. That will cost me even more money to replace."
