"I usually pay $3-4 per laundered and pressed shirt. Sticker shock today when I picked up two shirts and was given a $17 bill. Wow. I asked why and was told these shirts were "different," though they couldn't explain how they were different. Feels like they will use any excuse to charge more. If you use them, be sure to get up-front pricing."
"Put your prices on the wall, I got sticker shock when I picked up my items and I did not feel like the items were that clean. There was a small stain I was trying to get out on one that didn't go. Avoid this place and go somewhere else."
"A definite use each week. Only rating for 3 is for units not having prices marked clearly for patrons to see. I counted 9 units with no prices marked at all. Not even adhesive remnants from the past. Please mark these units missing prices to wash and dry."
"Had an alteration done here. The alteration was done incorrectly. When I returned it and asked to have it corrected I was told that I would have to pay the exact same amount (not even a lesser amount) again for something they had done wrong. The lady at the counter had a sarcastic attitude. Very poor, poor customer service."
