"Although I no longer reside here and will miss it, I must say the complex is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The staff along with maintenance were so nice. Neighbors were friendly. Never had an issue with getting something repaired when needed. The ladies in the office did a Mother’s Day breakfast (was unable to attend), they give out school supplies and so much more."

They are awesome and the neighborhood is awesome. Me and my husband love it here and we aren't going anywhere. This is the place for us."

"I have lived here over 6 years. Never had a issue that Seneca or Priscilla didn't take care of. These two Women are knowledgeable and helpful. Every year they have Father's and Mothers day dinners and give out school supplies. I see so many negative reviews about rudeness and unprofessionalism coming from prospective tenants and current tenants who honestly don't follow rules. I want to Iive where it's quiet and people do as they should. Seneca and Priscilla ensure that we enjoy that peace. This property is clean,quiet and affordable for the area. The maintenance staff is good as well. Oliver is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to live this is your place."
