"I live here now and trust and believe the photo gallery they show has no Justice until you are actually here. I put in a maintenance order weeks ago and still no work done. Crack in our window since we moved in and still have not been replaced. Roaches roaches roaches and more roaches. There pest control is out of control and the exterminator that they have products don't work at all. So called remodeled and did a poor piss job! Whoever this complex hired needs to fired everyone! Start all over and do right by the people. Between the gun shots, and everything else you get what you pay for. I mean just because we are in the hood don't mean our amenities can't be nicer! Do better! Money was an issue but trust an believe me my family is out of here once our lease is up! I recommend that you think twice before coming, no matter if it's a second chance programs."

"the rent is cheap, thats the only GOOD thing i have to say about this place. however they are roach infested, and have mice as well. that would explain all the stray cats and racoons in the area. they also have bedbuds. that is why there are alot of boarded up vacants out there. goodluck"
