"Hettie at Right Now Travel Consultants is an amazing travel consultant. She went to great lengths to ensure our cruise was incredible. Because of the pandemic, we had to reschedule our cruise from March 2020 to May 2022. All arrangements were taken care of by Hettie. She left no detail undone. She ensured we were on a ship that met all our needs. She arranged for our flights, travel insurance and even notified us when the ship was having sales on excursions and drink packages. I have never booked a cruise before but Ms. Hettie was very informative on cruise travel and provided information on what to expect. She was very responsive by email and phone answering all our questions (which was a lot) promptly. Ms. Hettie also kept us up to date on all itinerary changes and health protocols which was super helpful in planning covid testing in a timely manner.
