"I give one star because it is a decent area, I never had ay issues with my neighbors or the neighborhood itself, they keep up the cleanliness. Now far as my apartment no Stars, these apartments need to be remodeled. charged for things that was out of my control. As long as I stayed there you would think they would be helpful. My ceiling was cracking and paint was already coming off the walls. It's not a forever place but it's something decent to get you on your feet."

"There’s barely any parking for visitors or guests but they have the audacity to enforce towing. U can’t park on the streets at all because that’s a whole ROAD. My bf can’t even come see me because of that bs. Also, when u first walk into the building it smells like cigarette smoke or weed. I live upstairs and can smell that stuff from my apartment and I have a baby. The walls are THIN. You can hear who’s coming into the building, going up and down the stairs and who’s going into there apartments. That’s really disturbing. Especially if you can hear people arguing. That’s the only problems I have right now. The apartments do have good space but that’s the only good thing I have to say."

"Lived here for almost a year ready to move Please don't move here roach and water bug infested, office barley answer the phone my apartment hallway been dirty since we moved in, downstairs smoke cigarettes in the apartment and you can smell it in ours, the tub paint chipped off I put in a maintenance repair still did not fix it but they came to fix a plug problem.... only upside to the apartment is the space I love the space."

"Poor management. Doesn’t care about residents aslong as they have your money"

"This management staff needs some retraining on how to work with customers. They are very rude in this office."
