"I have been here almost five years and these places are infested with cockroaches, mice and rats. I spend over $20 a month just on roach spray. They don't require tenants to be sprayed for roaches so it's a never ending cycle with the bugs just running from apartment to apartment. Every time they make any improvements (even though they were GIVEN a grant to fix them) they raise the rent $100 (When I moved here it was $600 now they're going to $1000). There is never parking after 6 p.m. Kids have NO WHERE to play but the parking lots. There is no pool or playground. Any complaints (like a kid here who openly steals packages) we're told to call the police. The police are here about this kid a couple times a week but nothing is ever done. Make sure you carry full coverage car insurance because your car will be damaged here. Worst apartments I've ever lived in and I'm 62 and lived in apartments almost my whole life! If you want to pay rent online they charge $15. They are owned by a company in CO so it's hard to get any issues resolved. The walls are so thin that not only can you hear a fart you can actually smell them too...sadly this is not an exaggerated statement."
"Do Not Rent Here. This complex is trash and cockroaches. Shootings, drug deals and gangs. Nothing is ever done or repaired. Had someone shot right in front of the building at 10 am. The cops do nothing to help. Neighbor is cooking meth. The name change didn't do anything. No place for kids to play and it's not safe for them. They filled the "pool" with dirt. Plumbing sucks too."
"This place got renamed . Worst place ever. I came there ..1st night a cop was chasing a guy in the dark thru that complex with his gun drawn. Then 2m after moving in i was abducted and ect.. i was afraid to go back to the complex i ended up moving out of state due to the trama. If you live alone your safer in a hotel than here. Oh And roaches on top of this..."
"I ignored all the negative reviews because normally people only take the time to say bad things instead of good. I did a tour on one of their apartments, and for the price.. it was a good place. Before applying they made it seem as if it was almost a guarantee to be approved. Little to no credit minimum needed, was told I would be good to go as long as I met their income restriction (which I did) We applied and was told it would take 72 hours. After 90 hours I called and was told I would get a call within a few hours. Never got a call. Called the next day and was told I would get a call at 1 PM. Never got a call. Eventually I was denied because of an insignificant discrepancy from an apartment I lived at almost 4 years ago. Was told the landlord I talked to isn't even the one whom makes the approval decisions. There's a manager, and an assistant manager, as well as a 3rd party company they use... somewhat of a weird setup. I have nothing bad to say against the property it's self, but I would say apply elsewhere. It took them half a week to deny me. I ended up applying somewhere else and was approved within 5 minutes. Not to mention they make you pay a holding fee, which is ironic since I'd assume they deny more people then approve. Luckily it's refundable, but now I have to drive a half hour each way to pick up $200 instead of using modem 2023 technology like a debit card processing system."
"Shameika and management have been great. When we have a repair that needs taking care of they get Homer out in a timely manner. AC wasn't working & they got someone out & the unit repaired in one day. Roaches haven't been an issue and our immediate neighbors are courteous & friendly. Rent is reasonable and currently they are renovating the property. One year later and we are very happy with property management and maintenance. Any issues are solved quickly and professionally."
