"I’ve been living here for the last four months is roach Infested maintenance tries his best. But my bathroom tub is rotten with rust. Mold ACs been out for the last month cabinet broke because it was rotten if I knew this place was roach infested before I moved in, I would never have moved in"

"Maintenance man Chris cursed out my uncle and the rental office manager suspended him for a few days! Where can you work and curse out your tenants and still have a job?? That’s how you know the rental office manager and maintenance guy are in a relationship ( which was confirmed by tenants ) they both need to be fired"

"I lived at Waypoint since 2018 and recently moved out in March of 2023. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Between the roach infestation that Melissa refuses to do anything about, to the mold that is spreading due to the broken AC unit, to the outdated appliances that don’t work… this is one of the WORST places to live. Upon moving out 3/4 of the apartments in my building were vacant. Melissa tried to take us to court saying we owed 2 extra months of rent even though our lease ended in March. She even refused to do my final walkthrough & made the maintenance man do it so I filmed it, then she tried saying we owe money for damages. How would she know? She refused to do the walkthrough. Scammers and thieves is all Gellar properties hires. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"Worst place ever. The new office manager Melissa is the worst. Nobody picks up the phone or responds to emails. Horrible communication. The only good thing now is the maintenance man Thomas who seems to be the only person that cares about people not having air or no screens being on the 2nd floor with toddlers. I can't even lift my window up for air when I have no working air. It's ridiculous! And don't get me started on the roaches they don't want to treat for!! Go the other way!!!"

"If you want to live at an apartment complex that barely cares for their tenants, this is the place to be! I lived there for 3 years and the management got worse over time. It was a continuous circle of getting “new office management” and getting “new Maintenance”. Maintenance is so bad I had to call codes and compliance just to get the leak in my bathroom fixed, which was leaking for almost a year. When my oven broke they replaced with a used and dirty oven from another apartment. They also have a serious bug issue that I continuously reported about but nothing was done about it. I would have to constantly call the renters office and would get no response or call back for weeks. There’s never anyone in the office, just pour professionalism all the way around!"
